I work with you 1:1 to design programs that best suit your body and help you achieve your goals.  I do not believe it is one size fits all.  Our needs change daily. 

This is why I love to work with my clients in a very personalised capacity.  I find this is the best way to achieve life-changing results for my clients.

PRE & POST NATAL PILATES

Pregnancy is a life-changing experiences and supporting your body through all the changes before and after welcoming your child into the world is crucial to your wellbeing.

I work with you 1:1 to ensure that your Pilates program meets your unique needs during each stage of pregnancy and postpartum to ensure your body is supported. 

With over 20 years of supporting expecting and new mums through the practice of Pilates, I’ve seen what a positive impact this modality can have firsthand.


When I got pregnant, I wanted to exercise but was worried about hurting myself or the baby. The knowledge and experience of Adèle in teaching pregnant women made me feel safe and understood. The sessions were fun and tailored to what I needed. Her exercises and guidance were very helpful, especially for my hip & back pain. She is very attentive and empathetic, exactly what I needed in this special moment in my life. I highly recommend her.

Join us for our weekly drop-in meditation. 

Whether you’re brand new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, all are welcome. To connect, to re-centre. To share space with others in a supportive group environment ‘being’ in the present moment together.

No registration is necessary. Donation-based.

TEACHINGS FOR A MINDFUL LIFE

 

It can be so challenging to balance all the demands of modern living. Self-care can often be seen as selfish.

The reality is that it couldn't be further from the truth. It is becoming more and more important to learn ways to take care of ourselves and our mental and emotional health and well-being.

This is the greatest gift we can give those we love and that love us. Mindfulness enables us to be present and to really enjoy the experiences and people in our lives.


Adèle’s Mindful Life course was amazing! As a busy mother, I wasn’t sure I’d be able to find the time, but I was so glad I did. Adèle is a gifted instructor and helped me feel not guilty for prioritizing myself. I found it invaluable to refer back to our classes during the rest of the week and apply a lot of the practice to other areas of my life. I also took Adèle’s meditation class, which I loved.
