Welcome to a transformative course designed to integrate movement, mindfulness, and relaxation directly into your workday, turning your desk environment from a source of strain into a foundation for vitality. In addition to the core curriculum, each participant receives a 1-hour live session every week, along with full access to the Work Well Live Well platform, filled with practical tools, guided practices, and supportive resources they can use anytime. The experience is strengthened by an ongoing community space for questions, accountability, and connection—helping individuals and teams integrate these habits with consistency and ease.
